NBCC Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit: Upper Age Limit is 35 Years .

Educational Qualification: MBA/Two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a major in marketing from a government-recognized institute/university with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks. SC, ST, and PwBD candidates with a minimum of 55% aggregate score are also eligible to apply.

Post Qualification Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in Real Estate Business Development/Marketing/Customer Service for reputable Real Estate firms/Brokerage Agencies (who has performed both Pre and Post Sales work for reputable Real Estate firms). Candidates with a minimum of one year of direct sales experience would be preferred.

How to Apply for NBCC Jobs?

 

Candidates should send Hard copy of duly filled application form in the prescribed proforma & Demand Draft drawn in favor of “NBCC (India) Limited” payable at New Delhi to Chief General Manager (HRM), NBCC (I) Limited, NBCC Bhawan, 2nd Floor, Corporate Office, Near Lodhi Hotel, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003 along with a copy of the following documents:
 

a) A properly completed application form.

b) The applicant's resume / bio-data, clearly showing academic credentials, work experience, and so on.

c) A self-attested Matriculation/Secondary school certificate as verification of birth date.

d) Self-attested Photocopies of the required Pass Certificates and Mark Sheets for Educational Qualifications (Xth, XIIth, Graduation, Post-Graduation, Professional, etc.) and other qualifications, as applicable. If the grades are not in percentages, please provide the criteria for converting them to percentages in accordance with the University's rules.

a) Self-attested photocopies of all Post-Qualification Experience Certificates (including those from current employer), clearly indicating the dates of joining and relinquishing the positions (e.g. experience certificate, pay slip, Form-16, job assignment, joining & separation order etc).

f) Self-attested Certificate of Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe / latest OBC (NCL) / latest EWS / PwBD / Ex-Serviceman from appropriate authorities, as applicable (if applicable).

g) Self-attested identification document (Aadhar card, PAN card, Voter Identity Card, Indian passport etc.)

h) A current colour passport-size photograph. The photo should be clear and show the entire face, front view, with the eyes open.
