The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has released a notification for 22 posts of Class-I (Junior Grade) Home Guards. Candidates with a Graduate degree in any discipline from a Government-recognized University are eligible. The age limit is between 21 and 38 years. The application process is online and starts on May 8, 2026, with the last date to apply being June 7, 2026. The selection process includes a Written Examination, Physical Standards and Physical Efficiency Tests, a Medical Standards Test, and an Interview/Personality Test.
