(a) Each question in the Preliminary Examination will have four possible responses. Each time a candidate provides an incorrect answer, one-fourth (0.25) of the marks awarded to that question will be deducted as penalty.
(c) If a candidate provides more than one response, it will be viewed as a wrong response even if one of the provided responses is valid, and the candidate will face the same penalty as described above for that question.

8.  The Commission will make public the candidates' scores (as determined by the Written Examination and Interview/Personality Test) via public portals. The disclosure will be limited to those candidates who will appear in the Civil Service Examination Interview/Personality Test but are not ultimately recommended for appointment.

Other public and commercial recruitment agencies may use the information given through this disclosure scheme about non-recommended candidates to recruit appropriate individuals based on the information made available in the public portal. A candidate may also opt out of the scheme, in which case the Commission will not publish his or her information.
