The Directorate of information and Public Relations (H) Assam, Haflong has published an advertisement for the recruitment of two Stenographer & LDA vacancies in the office of the Additional Director of information and Public Relations (H) Assam, Haflong. 1. Stenographer
No of posts: 1

Educational Qualification:

# Bachelor Degree from any recognised university in Arts, Science or Commerce
# Diploma in Computer (DCA)
# Diploma in Stenography from ITI or any recognised institution.

2. Typist
No of posts: 1

Educational Qualification:

# Bachelor Degree from any recognised university in Arts, Science or Commerce
# Diploma in Computer (DCA) and proficiency in English drafting .

 

Other Criteria of DIPR (Hills) Recruitment

 

Preference: Local Candidates will be given preferences as per Govt. Circular No. HAD.110/86/24, dated 27.07.1987. Selection of Candidates will be done on merit basis.

Age Limit: Minimum age limit of the candidates should be 18 (eighteen) years and maximum 38 (thirty eight) years as on 01.01.2021. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 (five) years in case of SC/ST(P)/ST(H) candidates as per Govt. OM No. ABP. 06/2016/04 dated 03.03.2016.

Employment Exchange Registration: Candidates must have an employment exchange profile. The application must include the registration number and date. To be enclosed is a photocopy of the most recent Registration Card.

 

How to Apply for DIPR Hills Recruitment  ?

 

# Interested and eligible candidates may apply using the standard form as published in Assam Gazette Part-IX and affixing a Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) Autonomous Council Court Fee Stamp.

# Three self-attested copies of recent passport-size pictures, one of which must be attached to the Application Form on the top of the box in the right corner of the Standard Form.

# Self-attested copies of testimonials pertaining to educational credentials beginning with the H.S.L.C. examination and including mark sheets, Age Proof Certificate, Caste Certificate from the appropriate authorities, PRC, and papers pertaining to age relaxation claims, etc.

# Along with the application form, a self-addressed envelope (25 cm x 17 cm) bearing a Rs 5.00 postal stamp should be enclosed.

# The application must be legibly filled out in the candidate's own handwriting and submitted in a sealed envelope with the title of the post applied for and the candidate's cellphone number clearly displayed on the envelope's cover.

# Applications should be sent in person or via mail to the office of the Addl. Director of Information and Public Relations (H) Assam Haflong during regular business hours, along with all required testimonials.

# The application deadline is November 29, 2021 at 4:00 p.m.

 

In the event of a holiday on that day, applications will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on the following working day at the office of the Additional Director of Information and Public Relations (H) Assam, Haflong, Ground Floor, DIPRO office building, opposite Don Bosco Higher Sec.
