Educational Qualification: Graduates with degrees in engineering, commerce, business administration, or a related field. Candidate must hold a Certificate/Diploma in Public Procurement or a higher level qualification in public procurement.
Experience: At least 11 years of experience in the field of public procurement with the government (state or central government / autonomous government entities, etc.) and with externally aided projects funded by the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, or National Development Bank, among others.

# Capacity to work under time constraints.
# Superior organisational abilities.
# Capability to operate both individually and in a collaborative environment.
# Effective communication skills, including the ability to present relevant information clearly and simply, explain reasoning, and substantiate findings using data and facts.
# Extensive knowledge of computers and document processing.
# Thorough familiarity with the 2017 GFR and CVC standards.
# Preference will be given to candidates who are familiar with the procurement regulations of Multilateral Development Banks, FIDIC. # An understanding of the Assam Public Procurement Act and Rules will be an asset.
Compensation: The indicative combined compensation will vary between Rs. 150000 and Rs. 215000 per month. Salary is adjustable based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and competency.
