Criteria for Eligibility for the FSSAI Internship Program
Candidates must fulfill following eligibility criteria to be eligible for these internship scheme.
Educational Qualification: Students pursuing a full-time Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree/ higher degree from a Recognized Institute within India/ abroad, in any of the following:
# Pursuing a postgraduate degree/B.Tech/BE in Chemistry or Biochemistry or Food Technology or Food Science & Technology or Food & Nutrition or Edible Oil Technology or Microbiology or Dairy Technology or Agricultural or Horticultural Sciences or Industrial Microbiology or Toxicology or Public Health or Life Science or Biotechnology or Fruit & Vegetable Technology or Food Safety & Quality Assurance from a recognised university or institution.
# Business Administration & Management, which includes policy formulation and regulation, as well as allied subjects.
# Postgraduate certificate/degree in journalism, mass communication, or public relations.
# Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science/Information Technology Software Engineering or a closely related field.
# Postgraduate degree/diploma in public administration or public policy.
# Juris Doctor/Master of Law.
Note: Students in the 3rd / 4thyear of the Bachelor’s program in Food Technology or related fields can also apply.
