Employment Exchange Registration – Submit Online Application

How to Register for an Online Employment Exchange?

Candidates wishing to register their names in Employment Exchanges online must do so using the Assam Department of Skill, Employment and Entrepreneurship's official web portal. Essentially, there are two forms of registration for the Online Employment Exchange: AADHAAR-based verification and non-AADHAAR-based verification.

Verification Using AADHAAR

Candidates may apply online via the official portal using their AADHAAR Card with a permanent address in the state of Assam under the AADHAAR Based Verification procedure. They are not required to physically attend the Employment Exchange/s. As a result, candidates who possess an AADHAAR card may complete the steps outlined below.

  • Scroll down to the section titled "Important Web Links."
  • Navigate to the link for Online Employment Exchange Registration.
  • The official online registration gateway for the exchange will be launched.
  • Click on the "Register" button; enter your Full Name, Email Address, Mobile Phone Number, Password, and State, then click the "Submit" button.
  • After that, select the Apply with AADHAAR option.
  • Enter your Login ID and OTP/Password to access the portal.
  • Now, complete all required fields.
  • Please scan all Educational Qualifications (Pass Certificates and Mark Sheets in chronological order from lowest to highest level) and upload as a single PDF.
  • Following the successful submission of the application, an Employment Exchange Card (X 10) will be emailed to the applicant's registered email address.

Verification Not Based on AADHAAR

Candidates who do not have an AADHAAR card must get an Employment Exchange Registration Certificate through the Non-AADHAAR Based Verification procedure. However, applicants must physically visit an Employment Exchange office to have their paperwork verified. The application process for non-AADHAAR-based verification is as follows.

  • Next, select the option to Apply without AADHAAR.
  • Enter your Login ID and OTP/Password to access the portal.
  • Select a date and time for document verification.
  • Verify your documentation at the respective employment exchange office.
